Centili Ranked as 2021 Tier 1 Carrier Billing Vendor

London, UK – 22 October 2021 

Digital monetisation company Centili has been rated Tier 1 Direct Carrier Billing Vendor 2021 in an extensive independent survey conducted by the specialist research company ROCCO. For Centili this is the third consecutive year to hold the top tier ranking.  

UK-based ROCCO, specialists in interconnect, roaming and VAS areas, surveyed more than 100 telecoms, asking them to rate 35 established carrier billing vendors on 30+ KPIs, on a 1-5 scale. ROCCO’s proprietary methodology qualifies as Tier 1 only those companies with an average score of 4.00 or above.  

This year, a total of four vendors qualified for the top tier, with Centili achieving the second-best rating of all the vendors. Only MNOs were invited to rate vendors in ROCCO's comprehensive online questionnaire which was open from May to September.

The full Direct Carrier Billing Vendor Benchmarking Report 2021 with detailed findings, comparisons, strategic analysis, and grades per DCB-specific KPIs is available as of end of last week. Tier 1 vendors were announced and awarded last week, in a ceremony held at the World Telemedia show in Marbella, Spain.
